DocXP IDC is a sophisticated, yet easy to use, intelligent data capture and document archive solution that automates and streamlines the complete document and data capture process. It improves accuracy and the speed at which data is captured and verified, giving you access to business critical information faster. At the time of scanning the documents, DocXP IDC will automatically classify the documents and capture electronic images of the whole page for storage and retrieval.

 

At the same time, it will extract all of the required data from wherever it may be located on the document, whilst ensuring it is all automatically captured, validated and transferred into whatever system you are using for subsequent processing.

DRS understands that uncompromising automatic data validation and efficient data verification is crucial. That is why at the heart of DocXP there are in-built data validation routines which can be enhanced through the software's extensive and flexible Application Programming Interface (API).

 

Inline validation, mathematical checking, lookups to external systems and databases, cross field validation and implementation of validation routines for data, such as bank details and postcodes or other premise identifiers, can be added quickly through the API.
