University Hospital South Manchester (UHSM), a major teaching hospital NHS trust, deployed PSI:Capture Enterprise with Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) and Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) to process up to 8000 hand printed patient satisfaction surveys every month. Real Time Claims
